The most connected vehicle of its kind, the CDW Technoliner, has driven to major trade show and events (PGA, NASCAR & Final Four) so that customers can experience CDW’s IT solutions portfolio and better understand how these technologies can help their businesses succeed, before speaking with a CDW sales representative. Due to space constraints on the vehicle, CDW told their partners that if they want to showcase solutions on the Technoliner they must demonstrate their equipment in a virtual environment.
As a Cisco reseller, CDW used the Cisco v-Rack (virtual rack) with 3D Product Models to showcase their hardware integration, but the team really wanted to tell their own “Meet the Channel’ value story. So they asked Kaon to interactively showcase their ability to configure customer specific solutions via their integrated services and support offerings. The Technoliner itself is VERY innovative, but now the interactive demonstrations of CDW’s technical solutions and capabilities really elevate the customer experience!
